Detailed Design of Loureiro-Alvito Irrigation BlockThe project, designed near the Alvito reservoir and supplied by the Loureiro-Alvito water pipeline, benefits an area of about 1000 ha of irrigated land. The designed solution includes the study and dimensioning of a pumping system for a flow of 1.3 m³/s at 44 m.c.a. and respective filtration systems. The project also included the design of the secondary irrigation network, road network, drainage network and automation and telemanagement system.
